Carrot Cake Granola Balls

Ingredients:

  • 125g oats
  • 40g walnuts
  • 1 tsp ground almonds
  • 190g peanut butter
  • 3 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 40g grated carrot
  • 50g raisins

Method:
1) Add oats, walnuts and ground almonds to a large bowl and mix together.
2) Add peanut butter, honey and cinnamon and mix.
3) Add carrot and raisins to the mixture and mix until a everything has stuck together.
4) Form into 12 balls and place on baking paper.
5) Refrigerate for 1 hour.
6) Enjoy!
