Deep-Fried Ice Cream Dogs
- Vegetable or Sunflower Oil
- Hot Dog Buns
- Ice Cream
- Extra Toppings – Like sauce or sprinkles!
1. If it’s not already pre-sliced, cut the hot dog bun in half, keeping it together a little if you can.
2. Roll the bun in sugar.
3. Fry in hot oil for about 30 seconds each side,
4. Allow to cool for 30 seconds, then fill with ice cream and cover in sauce!
