Easy Indian-Style Nachos


  • Jar of balti sauce
  • 200g chicken
  • Poppadoms
  • Yoghurt
  • Mango Chutney
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Coriander

    1) Cook the chicken thoroughly in the balti sauce in a saucepan.
    2) Transfer the chicken to a large bowl and shred it using an electric mixer.
    3) Crush poppadoms in a shallow baking dish, adding the chicken, yoghurt, mango chutney and cheese on top.
    4) Bake for 15 minutes 190ยฐC/375ยฐF.
    5) Add coriander.
    6) Enjoy!
