Easy Noodles 4 Ways

Thai Green Prawn

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams prawns
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 green chili
  • 100 grams peas
  • 3 tablespoons Thai green curry paste
  • 250 grams noodles
  • Lime, to serve

PREPARATION
1. Fry the prawns with salt and pepper until they’ve just turned pink. Take out and set aside.
2. In the same pan, fry the garlic and green chili for a few minutes before stirring in the peas and Thai green curry paste.
3. Add the prawns and noodles and mix together for another couple of minutes.
4. Serve with a little lime juice squeezed over.
5. Enjoy!

Chili Beef

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Chinese 5 spice
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 red chilli
  • 2 tablespoons chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 250 grams noodle

To serve

  • Red chilli
  • Spring onions

PREPARATION
1. Fry the beef for a couple of minutes with the salt, pepper, and 5 spice. Take out and set aside.
2. In the same pan, fry the garlic and red chili for a few minutes before stirring in the chili sauce and soy sauce.
3. Add the beef and noodles and mix together for another couple of minutes.
4. Serve with some red chili and spring onions.
5. Enjoy!

Sweet-and-Sour Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 breasts of chicken
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 250 grams noodles
  • Sesame seeds, to garnish

PREPARATION
1. Sear the chicken until golden brown in the pan with the salt and pepper. Take out and set aside.
2. In the same pan, fry the garlic and red pepper for a couple of minutes before stirring in the soy sauce, ketchup, and vinegar.
3. Add the chicken and noodles, and mix together for another couple of minutes.
4. Garnish with sesame seeds.
5. Enjoy!

Veggie Garlic

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 3 spring onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 100 grams snap peas
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 250 grams noodles

PREPARATION
1. Fry the garlic and spring onions for a few minutes.
2. Add the carrots and peas, before stirring in the brown sugar and soy sauce.
3. Add the noodles and mix together for another couple of minutes.
4. Serve with spring onions.
5. Enjoy!
