Green Smoothie Bowl

For the Base:

  • 1/2 Kiwi
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 50g Fresh Spinach
  • 75g Natural Yoghurt
  • 75ml Coconut Water
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Suggested Toppings:

  • Raspberries
  • Desiccated Coconut
  • Hazelnuts
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Blueberries
  • More Yoghurt

Method:
Throw all of the โ€˜baseโ€™ ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth. (You can adapt this entire recipe as much or as little as you like, we chose to make one that looks super green with a somewhat neutral taste to let the toppings bring the flavour)

Our suggested toppings are just that too, suggestions – be as creative as you like here – pecans, flax seeds, sliced peaches – whatever you like. Make a cool design too!
