Salt And Vinegar Crisp Battered Fish

Ingredients:

  • A few pieces of fish
  • 150g Salt and vinegar crisps
  • 100g Flour
  • 15g Baking soda
  • Some Salt
  • 250ml Beer

Directions:
Combine 50g of crushed up salt and vinegar crisps with flour, baking soda, beer, and some salt. Mix. Dip fish into batter and then coat in more crushed crisps. Fry in oil.
