Cheesesteak Toastie
INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ white onion, diced
  • ¼ green pepper, diced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100 grams ribeye steak
  • 2 slices white bread
  • Butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese

PREPARATION
1. Fry the onion and pepper in olive oil until slightly caramelised. Add garlic, salt, and pepper and fry for another minute. Remove vegetables.

2. In the same pan, fry the steak to desired rareness.

3. Butter one slice of bread and place it buttered side down onto the toastie machine.

4.Add steak, onion, and pepper mix, then place a slice of cheese on top.

5. Place another slice of buttered bread on top, butter side up.

6. Toast for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.

7. Enjoy!

Bacon Guac Nacho Toastie
INGREDIENTS

  • 50 grams cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons guacamole
  • 2 bacon rashers, chopped into bits
  • 2-3 tortilla chips, crumbled
  • 2 slices white bread
  • Butter

PREPARATION
1. Butter one slice of bread and place it buttered side down onto the toastie machine.

2. Place half the grated cheese on the bread, followed by guacamole, bacon bits, crumbled tortilla chips, and the other half of the cheese.

3. Place another slice of buttered bread on top, butter side up.

4. Toast for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.

5. Enjoy!

Hazelnut & Fruit Toastie
INGREDIENTS

  • Hazelnut spread
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Handful of bananas, sliced
  • Handful of raspberries
  • 2 slices white bread
  • Butter
  • Icing sugar

PREPARATION
1. Butter one slice of bread and place it buttered side down onto the toastie machine.

2. Spread a generous helping of hazelnut spread on the bread, then add sliced bananas, raspberries, and blueberries.

3. Place another slice of buttered bread on top, butter side up.

4. Toast for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.

5. Serve with icing sugar and enjoy!

Strawberry Cheesecake Toastie

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 25 grams icing sugar
  • Strawberry jam
  • 1 digestive biscuit
  • 2-3 strawberries, quartered
  • Butter
  • 2 slices white bread
  • Icing sugar (to serve)

PREPARATION
1. Mix the cream cheese and icing sugar together to make cheesecake filling.

2. Butter one slice of bread and place it buttered side down onto the toastie machine.

3. Spoon the cheesecake mixture onto the bread, followed by strawberry jam, crumbled digestive and strawberries.

4. Place another slice of buttered bread on top, butter side up.

5. Toast for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.

6. Serve with icing sugar and enjoy!
